 To budget for the purchase of a horse, is strongly recommended. When you are done, having contemplated all expenses and options, you have a price in mind : This price has to be realistic for you.
This price is also perfect and feasible when it matches the asking price of the horse´s owner and you have taken all expenses into consideration.

 Then, there are many aspects of the real price of a horse, that makes the search anything, from enjoyable to discouraging… a horse is not a regular, manufactured object of merchandise : color, age, movement, temperament, level of training…are just some of the factors that vary with every horse, which are also hard to find them all in one individual and that have direct influence in the price, in your budget in your level of satisfaction and, ultimately, in your knowledge.

Iberian horse prices, are influenced by the market, of course, as everything else but, the more detailed is your search, the more difficult it seems and, on the other hand, the more horses you look at, the harder the decision .

There are, on the other hand, related costs that do not change and that you can accurately program ( Transportation, pre-purchase exams, tests…)

Prices are also seasonal and seasons do not only refer to winter or spring, but also exhibition and fair seasons, as Golega or Sicab, for example, in which the prices tend to be higher.
